Certificate Services Web Enrollment missing options?

Hello, I am following several articles trying to request a certificate from my Certificate Authority I setup. It seems that they have more options than I do. I am being presented with a really basic form when choosing "Advanced Certificate Request". All I see is Base-64-Encoded request while all the articles have Name, Company, Email, Key Options, Key Size, Request Format, etc. Thanks
