Load Percentage show 99%and 100%

Hi everyone,

I have a problem which is my monitoring tools(ManageEngine OpManager) show server CPU at 100% for 1 particular server.

When I check on the server, the CPU utilization is normal. The OpManager support check and it say the server got issue with Load Percentage.

Please review below result:

PS C:\Windows\system32> wmic cpu get loadpercentage
LoadPercentage
99

PS C:\Windows\system32> wmic cpu get loadpercentage
LoadPercentage
100


Is this normal or how do i fix the load percentage issue?
