Hello.
I have, what I feel to be, a weird question. I basically am just looking for confirmation on my thinking.
I have a 2016 (datacenter) server where the firewall is turned off. My application guy is stating that the server (same server) is not listening on port 11111. The networking guy is stating that he can't get to it from his tools either. I also can't telnet to it on that port from another server. Netstat also doesn't list that port as being listened on.
Since the firewall is turned off, would it be likely that the application isn't either online, or just not configured to listen on that port (at least currently)?
