How to use Windows USB/DVD Download Tool ,VISTA will not boot into WINDOWS??


I have product key as well. Vista OS ...Laptop.


Download ISO file on my working 8.1,and burn to USB? To then Use on Vista OS laptop That will not BOOT into windows?


I have FACTORY Install disks for Vista OS, but they are for HP, Not Toshiba... I have an ISO DVD for 8.1 OS from MS....what can that help ???
