Regarding Visual Studio Patch

Visual studio patch has been detected on multiple servers but servers does not have visual studio complete package installed instead it has some visual studio component (MS Visual Studio 2013 Shell ( ISOLATED) ) now due to the same detected and downloaded patch in software center are failing to install.

Could any one guide me how I can stop this ? As due to the same many of my servers are non-complaint, which actually are compliant as these patches are not actually required on servers.
