windows 7 vs windows 7

i just posted question re upgrade from windows 7 to 10 when it daened on me i think its windows vista don't know if they're the same with regard to upgrading / moving drive from windows 10 to the windows vista /7 machine as screen on windows 10 laptop cracked and no use.....OMG if i have to type WINDOWS one more time im gonna have a nervy b
