I had to refresh my HD, had to do it twice as it couldn't 'fix itself'. I put a new HD in and put Win 10 on it. I put the old HD in another laptop to try to save some Program data (Thunderbird data)
When trying to move the thunderbird xxxxxxx.default file onto a thumb drive the system says the path is incorrect/folder and files are no longer at that location, locate the files and try again.
The folder and all files show up in the path explorer shows me.
I can copy this folder on the computer it is on, the one with the refreshed drive in it. But I cannot copy it to a thumb drive that has free capacity well over the size of the folder and its files.
Any ideas on this one? I lost a lot of data and would like getting it back.
