I've been having this problem for months now and nothing has seemed to work, now the update is getting more persistent and it's driving me crazy having to postpone the update every hour I want to use my PC.
The Windows 10 version 1803 x64 2019-08C update fails consistently, either freezing at 43% or simply black screening with no visible disk activity during the "FIRST_BOOT" phase of the process, forcing me to hard shutoff my PC with the power button and Windows to roll back to build 16299. I'm getting error 0xC1900101 - 0x30018 in "FIRST_BOOT" phase with an error during "SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE" operation.
Here's the logs from me attempting to install from an ISO created by the Media Creation Tool earlier today.
Any ideas you folks have would be hugely appreciated, I'm at wits end here. I ran into similar issues installing clean from a USB drive when I initially installed Win10, where it refused to install past a certain point. So I'm suspecting it's some kind of hardware incompatibility and if I can just replace the incompatible hardware to make this issue go away I'd gladly do so.
Thank you!
The logs are too big to paste here textually, so I've uploaded them to this google drive folder: Win10 Upgrade Logs - Google Drive
