I have a customer that want to configure their Windows 2016 and remove all tiles from the start menu.
If i configure the Start menu manually by removing all tiles avec resizing the size of the menu
and then use the "Export-StartLayout" command Export-StartLayout -Path C:\Temp\DefaultLayout.xml
Then copy the DefaultLayout.xml into the Default User Profile "C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\DefaultLayouts.xml", it should use this Start Menu for every new profile.
But there is a strange issue… it works actually but the Settings tile appear from somewhere…
Anyone has an idea why ?
The Windows 2016 version is 1607.
Thanks!
