Problem with WMI (Win32_PerfFormattedData_PerfOS_Processor)

Hello,
I have an HPE ProLiant DL560 Gen10 server with Windows 2016 Server installed.
This server have:
4 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6254 CPU @ 3.10GHz (72 phisical cores)
WMI query:
Get-WmiObject -Query "select * from Win32_PerfFormattedData_PerfOS_Processor
Returns information for only 36 core.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
