These two updates are stuck in Pending Restart status. After restart I get an error that the updates couldn't be installed.
I'm on Windows 10 Pro v. 10.0.17134 Build 17134
I've tried the Windows Update troubleshooter, sfc and dism commands, reboots, etc.
