RDS Can't run app issue

We have an app that now gives us an error "can't run app on this pc" when we login via RDS. It works fine locally though and has worked in the past via RDS. App running on DC02 and logging in there directly, it is working. When logging in via DC01 it gives us the above error even though it has always worked in the past. Any idea as to what we can check/restart to remedy the error? Thanks
