Cpu utilization is high due to userinit

Can any one help me ?

i have window server 2012r2 , CPU utilization is very high due to userinit logon application.

userinit logon application always take 75% or more cpu utilization some time CPU utilization reach up to 100%

can any one face this issue .

please help me
