I need help and there wasn't a topic that applied to my issue so I'll ask here. Our laptop has Windows Vista on it. There is important information we need to get off this laptop but when I try to log onto it I get " The User Profile Service service failedlogin. User profile cannot be loaded"

Can anyone help me with this problem?.
