Error code 0x80041014 when activating server 2016

I'm trying to activate my server 2016 evaluation copy to the ServerStandard and in the activation tab of settings I get an error code of 0x80041014.


I have also tried to do this DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula And I get an error code of 0x8a010101


Any idea on why I cant get my server activated?
