Hello,
Intel MKL testing shows a half CPU usage. Always 50% per 1 process max at this machine.
So, if I have two parallel process then I will have 100% max CPU usage. But for one - 50% max only.
Taskmgr (windows 7) shows ~100% usage for half threads and ~0% for others one by one.
Other applications are give the same result.
Ive tried:
1. open CPU Power options in Control panel. It has 100% limit value.
2. turn up a process priority to Real time.
3. made sure that executable process has support a hyperthreading4. other servers based on 2*CPU (Xeon X5675 with Windows 7 and Xeon E5620 with Windows 7) havent such problem!
Server configuration
CPU 2x OctalCore Intel Xeon E5-2667 v4, 3500 MHz (35 x 100)
MB Supermicro X10DRG-Q, chipset Intel Wellsburg C612, Intel Broadwell-EP, AMI BIOS
Memory Samsung M393A4K40CB1-CRC 32 ГБ DDR4-2400
OS Windows 2016 Server
(with Windows 7 Pro I have the same result)
All hardware drivers are installed.
