Hello, here my problems in space reduction for windows 7 updates.
1. The "disk clean" doesn't show the option"Windows update cleanup" -> so, everything is clean?
2. The "disk clean" shows "Service Pack Backup Files: 920 MB". After the cleaning process the count stays at 920 MB -> Why ?
3. Executing "DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /SPSuperseded" shows as result "24.9 %" without any errors -> Why?
4. The list of windows updates shows 247 entries from 2011 until 2018.
5. the winsxs has 21561 entries (folders), thereof 10816 entries "AMD64_microsoft...", 1962 entries "WOW64_microsoft..." and 5313 entries "X86_microsoft...". 80 % of the entries are from 2009 until 2015.
See pictures below. I tried all options and tools as "administrator". I don't want to deinstall or rollback older updates.
How can I delete all these old entries and KBs (Knowledge Bases)?
Thank's
.
