I checked the Reliability Analysis and got this every other day. It sais hardware error but which hardware is it?

My Hardware:
- i7-7700k 4.2GHz CPU
- 4 x 8GB GSkill Trident Z RAM
- ASUS Strix Z270F MOBO
- ASUS Strix GTX 1080 8GB GPU
- 2 x 256GB Samsung 960 EVO M.2 SSD (1 for System & 1 for Programs)
- 2 TB Western Digital Caviar Green HDD (Data & Storage)
- 4 TB WD Elements USB HDD (Backup)
I also did a boot up RAM check with he Windows Tools and it said there were problems but it doesn't say on which of the 4 RAM banks.
Is there a way to pinpoint the specific RAM bar that is defective before disassembling the PC?
And is it safe to exclude a false alarm due to something else interfering, like chipset driver or BIOS?
