Windows Server TLS 1.0 Protocol

I have application on the Windows Server 2016 that works when TLS 1.0 is enabled... I used IIS Crypto 3.0 to set it up.. and application is working ( Connecting with SQL Server ) ... or I can set it up by using REGEDIT .. For a while application is working, but then TLS 1.0 somehow getting disabled and I have to repeat setting it on and rebooting server.. what possibly could cause disabling TLS 1.0 on the server ?
