Prevent Windows Updates from rebooting the server

We made some adjustments to the group policy applied to our servers with the aim of preventing them from restarting/rebooting automatically after applying updates. However, last night a couple of our servers updated and rebooted, so I can only think that perhaps we've misconfigured something. Can anyone advise or suggest?
