High memory consumption by a 32-bit C++ Application running on Windows Server 2016.

Hi,

We are facing a high memory consumption issue by a 32-bit C++ Application on Windows Server 2016.

This issue is not generating on older Windows Server versions e.g. Windows Server 2012/2008.

Please provide any pointer to resolve this issue.

Please let me know if required any other information from my environment, to get the root cause.
