Windows 10 No Audio/Audio Studders, disconnects/reconnects at ridiculous rates.

Alright, here's a brief synapses of the garbage day and a half I've had.

Turned power supply off Wednesday morning.
Turned power supply on Wednesday evening, attempted to boot PC, did not boot.
Fans twitching w/ power supply on, assumed power supply was dead or dying, no big deal, I'll replace it.
Left power supply on and plugged in, attempted to boot PC few minutes later, PC boots successfully.

Except for one. Thing.

ALLLL of my audio is now gone. No default windows sounds, no audio from videos, games, etc. Everything. I've got two headsets and a pair of external speakers. Of the two headsets, only one is recognized by my computer and doesn't disconnect/reconnect every tenth of a second, my Turtle Beach PX21, which I've had to rewire something like 8 times. My PC will not play audio through my external speakers OR my TBI headset, only through the far off, distorted PX21 headset.

At first, I assumed my dying PSU didn't have enough power going to the 3.5mm audio jacks properly or something, so I just replaced my PSU since it was dying anyway, which did nothing to help with my sound issue.

I've gotten the audio to work with with the TBI and external speakers probably like 3 times over the last day and a half, with no idea how, but the audio studders and my PC acts as though the device has disconnected/unplugged, except it disconnects and reconnects like 10-15
times per second. I've tried Sound Settings, I've tried Control Panel > Sound, I've tried updating/reinstalling my audio drivers, I've tried disabling/re-enabling jacks and hardware, nothing has worked.

If literally ANYONE has ANY idea whatsoever how to fix this issue, help would be extremely appreciated.

And before anyone says ANYTHING, about Realtek, I do not have Realtek audio drivers. I've got the High Definition Audio Device thing that comes with windows and I've got NVIDIA sound drivers from my GPU (MSI GTX 960).
