Hello,
I was trying to perform a fix error scan on an old laptop that has Windows Vista, as I wasn't able to make updates on it for over a year. The error scan had no errors so far. on stage 5 of the CHKDSK verifying free space it froze on 34 percent (4255435 of 20026103 free clusters processed) for over 2 hours. Is that normal or do I have to reboot? how can I get out of this scan?
my knowledge in computers in zero, so I have no clue how to proceed... help!
thanks!
