What is this program "NIDC66.EXE"?

My computer has been acting weird the last couple of days. So I thought I
would look through my "Processes" list in Windows Task Manager. I found a
program running that I didn't recognize & couldn't find any info on Google
about. The program that I'm not sure about is "NIDC66.EXE". Does anyone
know anything about this prgoram? If so please let me know. Thanks

Can you locate where the file is on the system ? If so, go here and
upload it for a scan: http://www.virustotal.com/

Since there are absolutely no references to the file it is suspect.
Suggest you post to a reputable anti-malware forum:

Well Mow, I would love to post it, but I've already deleted it. It was
located in my Temp folder (C:\temp) Their was also a *.pf file in the
C:\Winows\Prefetch folder. I also deleted that. I did a search for any item
containing "NIDC66" in my registery & I didn't find anything. I'll try &
restart my machine & see if the NDCU66.exe file get's recreated. Thanks for
the help.

Unexplained computer behavior may be caused by deceptive software
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827315

Run a /thorough/ check for hijackware, including posting your hijackthis log
to an appropriate forum.

When all else fails, HijackThis v2.0.2
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware with
assistance from an expert. **Post your log to
http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22,
http://castlecops.com/forum67.html,
http://forums.subratam.org/index.php?showforum=7,
http://aumha.net/viewforum.php?f=30, or other appropriate forums for expert
analysis, not here.**

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a local, reputable and
independent (i.e., not BigBoxStoreUSA) computer repair shop.

Do you run any Trend Micro anti-virus programs? Does the icon in your temp
folder look like a little dog? If so it is part of Trends anti-spyware
protection which uses randomly generated names for it's service in order to
prevent spyware from directly targetting it. Do not delete it if you run
Trend Micro.
