Upgrade PHP using Web Platform Installer

We currently have php 7.2.7 and due to a security risk, we need to go to 7.2.24. I am trying to do that through the Web PI, but it only seems to have a few versions. Why is php 7.2.24 not in the web PI? And how exactly fdo you upgrade php if not through the Web PI? I'm a sys admin with no php experience. :(
