W2012 R2 Hyper-V VM Active Directory server does not see the network?

Need some help and ideas.

We have a server 2012 R2 “swing” migrated AD Hyper-V VM that we want to replace an old 2003 R2 AD server with.

When we bring it up, everything looks fine but the server cannot see the network.

DHCP it temporarily on the Sonicwall scope 100-130 until we get it seeing the network.

DNS looks ok, and ADUC has all the correct objects.

The NIC is the typical virtual nic.

The physical host is 2012 R2 and there are 2 other VM’s that see the network fine.

What could we be missing?
