Windows 10 invert screen colors on some cases

NEEDWILLMAX

Even though this problem that I have is not fatal or urgent, but it troubles me in an annoying way and I can't tolerate any longer. Because I recognized that my issue is subtle and unfrequent, I will make my statement as clearly as possible as follows:

The whole screen will invert ALL colors which appear on the screen on certain cases like opening CCleaner, texting in Tencent QQ, even for sometimes I power on and log in to the Windows desktop. I cannot recall any other conditions that have a 100% probability to induce this problem. There is a no fixed duration for every time it happens, sometimes it flickers in an instant, sometimes it holds the inverted color until I move a cursor point to the application windows, the color will become normal after the cursor left the window.

It wasn't always like this by the time I activated and started using this machine, but I suspect it all started since I installed Google Chrome with multiple plugins(one of them is a plugin that can invert all colors inside Chrome to achieve a night-mode-like display when browsing, I have such plugin in Firefox as well to protect my eyes)

I have done some troubleshooting my own including:

clean installing of Adobe flash player(ActiveX, NPAPI, PPAPI);

disabling color-related plugins as I mentioned above;

using a troubleshooter for my display/monitor/video settings inside Windows settings;

updating Windows version/updating firmware for Surface Book 2 with respect to my OS build/updating GPU driver to the latest version;

reinstalling the apps that have such an issue;

configuring/resetting video/display/monitor settings and properties;

configuring/resetting Windows time/region/language settings;

configuring/resetting of graphic driver settings using Nvidia control panel;

repairing system files with command "sfc /scannow" using a built-in command terminal with administrative privilege;

assigning the apps with "high performance" graphics card under Windows Graphic settings.

This is a detailed clarification with an attached screenshot when the issue happens:

The window in the middle of the screen is the text field of Tencent QQ software. When the text field is completely left blank, and then hit backspace, this will happen. Since I use this chat software a lot, such an issue can be tolerated no more even though I tried to avoid this every time I'm trying to delete my message with backspace. The duration of the issue for this particular scenario I used to take this screenshot is instantaneous, probably less than a second. As I mentioned above, this issue appears in other applications as well, this particular software can induce this issue with 100% certainty so I took this as an example for the purpose of illustrating the problem. However, in which the scenario this issue can be induced, or in other words, the cause of this problem cannot be detected.(Since I use a black background color, the major inverted color on this screenshot is white.)

This is what my desktop should look like:

I did not tweak any registry(regedit), group policy(gpedit.msc) nor services(services.msc) settings, and high-contrast setting under ease of access setting is off. If this helps. Everything I did or configured is within the range of the Windows settings or control panel.

I need help to identify what is causing this problem and how I can solve it. Solutions that require or similar to completely resetting of the computer to factory mode or reinstall the system OS and any deletion related to my personal documents; files or apps will not be accepted simply because I cannot afford the cost and I don't have time for back-up/restore. Plus, please don't ask me to contact customer service at the retailer's end, for all the products I have, this type of way to solving a problem always fails and always is exhausting and time-wasting. Please help me with specific instructions. I can do some follow-up debugging, but keep in mind that I am currently in mainland China with difficulty to keep up in real-time. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it. Again, even though this problem is paltry, but it really annoys me and I really want to solve this problem. I will post this question in simplified Chinese at https://answers.microsoft.com/zh-hans/ as well. My spec is as follows:
