How to bypass the Windows security warning?

Hi,

I need to deploy a software to client's computer silently by a script. The Windows Security warning keeps popping up when I run the script. See the image below.



Question:

1. How can I bypass this warning by command?

2. Or how to add this publisher to the trusted publisher by GPO?

Please advise!
