Hello Team,
We found an issue on One Drive client on windows 10, missing green check marks. Share context menu is also disappeared. We tried all sort of possible solution provided by Microsoft site and other blog. By modifying registry. Uninstalling and installing one drive client and other several method. But no Luck.
Finally we found the root cause which gives this issue. We install fresh Windows 10 built 1903 and install one drive client without updating any windows update. One drive client has green check marks and also it has share context menu.
As soon as we install KB4517389 update successfully and restart computer, green check marks disappeared and share context menu is also not available. We tried to fix this issue by uninstalling KB4517389 and restating computer but it didn't solve the issue.
Finally we found this issue was due to KB4517389.
Hope we will receive solution for this cause we force our staff to use one drive as file storage.
