Hyper-v Windows server 2012 r2 can't ping windows 8.1 on private virtual switch through cmd, but windows 8.1 can ping server

I have set up windows server 2012 r2 on hyper-v connected to both the default switch and a private virtual switch, and a windows 8.1 connected only to the private switch.

The windows 8.1 can ping server through cmd but server can't ping windows 8.1.

I have set up ADDS on server and set up new forest but windows 8.1 can't join domain, Error says ADDC can't be contacted.
