Windows XP home

My hard drive stop working with Windows XP on it. I use Windows 10 for the internet but want to reinstall Windows XP on a new hard drive so I can used my old programs, can I still get updates for Windows XP & if so where? (The Windows XP disk I have doesn't have any sp1 or 2 or 3 which my older programs need.) Thank You for any help you can give!
