KB2919355 and Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi

I have been trying to download KB2919355 for Windows Server 2012 R2, its on a clean build which Im running as a VM

From windows update first of all it stuck at 3%, and then it stuck at 85%, then I thought I would download and install it

In download centre this says its for it KB2919355 and Windows Server 2012 R2 but is only for Windows 8.1

Any ideas how to install this patch?
