Sysinternals Program Handle

Wheni run Handle - I get the below error messages..



This one is from running a batch file:

"Handle" is not recognized as an internal or external command. operable program or batch file.



This one is when runnkng it in the Command Box:

The procedure entry point SetThreadErrorMode could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.


Why am I getting the above???
