Event IDs 10016, 1014, and 7023

After the 1903 update my system had started to exhibit increasingly unstable behavior with periodic episodes of becoming totally unresponsive and requiring a forced reboot. During this period, these episodes seem to have coincided with Event ID 10016 and Event ID 10010. Yesterday, my computer become unable to reboot - going to a black screen after the initial boot process - and necessitating a complete reinstallation of Windows 10. I am now still getting event ID 10016, now accompanied by 1014 and 7023. How can I get these errors to stop, as they also seem to be affecting the performance of the computer, causing frequent lag.

Below is the specific data for the most recent set of errors.
