Windows XP or Windows Vista operating system

I recently purchased an SBIG ST-7E astronomy camera. The software to run that camera can only run on a 32-bit Windows Vista or older operating system. My laptop runs off Windows 10 and is 64-bit but I have VirtualBox. My question can I still download any of the older 32-bit operating systems from microsoft.com?
