After upgrading my CPU, critical events: Kernel-Power 41, Driver Frameworks user mode 10110,10111. How do I fix this and stop my computer from restart

I upgraded my processor to a Ryzen 5 3600 this afternoon and it keeps randomly restarting with no error messages or BSOD. My motherboard's(Asus B350f) bios has been updated as well as any and all drivers. Nothing is helping. Event viewer has these 3 critical events repeating every time it happens. My computer is unusable. Please advise. Would a fresh install of windows help?
