Yamaha Midi Driver installer is not working after win 10 1903 update

My Midi driver worked fine in win 10 1809 version but when I upgraded to win 10 1903 My midi driver din respond. So I uninstalled the old midi driver and tried installing it, But my midi driver installer by YAMAHA isn't working. It is not able to recognise my keyboard while installing, I didn't face these problem before the update. Please REPLY ASAP.
