I've posted about this problem before(post). After reinstalling windows, the problem was fixed. But the problem resurfaced after a few days. Reinstalling windows again didn't fix the problem. Running sfc/scannow and scanning with Malwarebytes both yield no results.
I ran xperf again and the result is more or the less the same. Seems like the "ScReadAndTranslateString" thing is the culprit again. Does anyone know how to fix it?
