recycle bin icon

I would like to have a visible recycle bin icon and a working recycle bin in my 'action ribbon' excuse my misappropriation of terms, if I have done this.

I dont want to be disqualified from asking questions because I lack proficiency in IT language. Just to clarify the recycle bin is in fact de facto trash can, correct?
