My question is simple but I would bet my superannuation it will not ever be adequately answered:
Why are no GFWL games unable to be downloaded from GFWL Marketplace?
I have seen many people post about this issue, and usually I see one of the moderators come across with their generic responses that clearly will not work because these moderators don't seem to read the question, or the moderator says they will follow it up... but absolutely nothing happens (Nestor).
Simply, games I purchased years ago I am not able to download via the GFWL Marketplace client as there is an error message saying they cannot be found, and that I should re-sign in. Of course signing back in does nothing. It is pathetic.
I have seen repeated complaints about this, and in some threads some moderators saying they will escalate it, but who never ever come back with an update, they never even come back with bad news. It makes me wonder why these people bother if they can't do their job thoroughly, surely you'd quit if you were getting no help from your superiors. I would.
It is absolutely shameful that MS can't even write a declaration that they discontinued downloads, or can't even make a warning message appear when people download the client that games are not available. It is just plain lazy and unprofessional.
So, as futile as it sounds, how can I make my GFWL games downloadable again from the client?
