Hello!
I need some assistance.
A few months ago I added a new DC to the domain. I was initially unaware of replication of the Sysvol and Netlogon folders. I checked that scripts, GPOs, etc. exists only in the main DC. On the secondary DC, the domain folder is empty within Sysvol.
I installed the DFS Management tool on both DCs and noticed that on the secondary DC there is the "Domain System Volume" replication group, but no replication group exists on the primary DC.
In addition to these 2 RW DCs, we have 2 RO DCs, which also do not have replicating folders.
WS 2012 running on all servers.
Using the Dfsrmig / getmigrationstate command I get the following response:
The following domain controllers have not reached Global ('Deleted') status:
Domain Controller (Local Migration State) - DC Type
================================================== =
DCNAME ('Start') - Primary DC
Migration has not yet reached a consistent state on all domain controllers. State information may be obsolete due to Active Directory Domain Services latency.
Using the Dfsrmig / GetGlobalState command I get the following response:
Current DFSR Global State: 'Deleted'
Success.
Could you guys help me find a solution?
Thanks in advance.
