How do I obtain the URL for my computer, when I only have my IP address?

How do I enter a URL into a website that is asking me for it, if I only have my IP address that is something like this xxx.xxx.x.x . Also, What is the correct format to enter a url when I finally obtain it? https:// ???, then how does it end???
