Hello:
I have HP Desktop Intel 7 16RAM 3TB HD Win10p64b V1909(OS Build 18363.476). I have just updated to Version 1909. All went well and it runs fine.
But now when I start PC it looks like it is starting and activity goes on and I see black screen with only mouse pointer, it never goes into start mode like logon etc. I have to press switch to power off the PC. It switches off. I restart PC and it goes to restart mode and then start works normally till I switch my PC and restart next time it is same story. It has only happend with Version 1909.
I have run all setting etc. Nothing helped.
Any suggestion
