FixItUp

Windows 10 ver 1903. These applications have been totally unusable for the past 9 months. I've looked at dozens of support and forum posts across the internet on how to handle this issue, but the computer seems to ignore all solutions applied.

My Hardware:

MSI X470 Gaming Plus MoBo Latest Version as of November 26th, 2019

XFX Fatboy RX 590 GPU Latest Software Version as of November 26th, 2019

EVGA 600BQ PSU

Multiple WD HDD and SSDs

Ryzen 5 2600X CPU

Memory: Robot Check

The Problem:

When playing select games, all diverse in design, infrastructure and origin, the game will freeze (sometimes a white static band will flash across about a third of the screen) and then crash to desktop (if I'm lucky) or crash my computer entirely forcing a hard reset within approximately 5 to 8~ minutes of "gameplay", regardless of whether I sit at the main menu or if I've chosen to go past the main menu and load the world (or gotten the chance).

Affected Programs:

Monster Hunter: World

Fallout 4

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Special Edition

Code Vein

Spyro: Reignited Trilogy

My GPU is not overclocked and the power consumption is relatively average. Casual usage temp in a 72-75F room is 35C. Highest it has reached before crashing occurs during these games is 45C. I have tried toggling the option to throttle quality to preserve performance to no avail.

I have utilized a variety of resources and tools recommended on this site and many others for months to no result and this has become a rather plaguing and experience killing issue. A solution is needed and greatly appreciated. Thank you!
