Removed expired web server certificate keeps coming back 30 minutes after server reboot

Hi, last week I had odd situation. Expired web server certificate came back 30 minutes after reboot despite having been deleted from personal store before reboot. I deleted it/rebooted server several times to see some pattern and every single time it reappeared in personal store exactly 30 minutes after reboot. Is there any tool to use capable of determining which process was recreating deleted certificate and also to remove it for good?
