Windows Start up Error MSG ; SetupNew\setup.cpp (142) PAPP: PVENDOR: PGUID: $21.0.338 @ Windows 8.1 / Server 2012 R2 Service Pack 0 (9600) IE Version

I have a Desktop , running windows 10 Pro (64 bit) and after installing windows updates I was instructed to restart my computer and did so. However, when it restarted an error message popped up and after clicking the "OK" it allowed me through. Though nothing seems wrong with my computer, any time I turn it on I get a similar message. I have noticed however, that the last few digits of the error message change.

The error message looked something like this:
