Hi,
I'm currently experiancing a problem with starting routing and remote access and hence is causing a number of problems within my domain (such as domain authentication, PPTP VPN access etc). Within the event log it shows
"The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with the following service-specific error:
The system cannot find the file specified."
A bit of background the server hung about a week ago and needed a power on/off after that I am finding issues starting the RRAS service. After the reboot it seemed to be installing updates, even thou these should be installed only when the I allow this to be completed.
I've tried the following:
1) Verified all IPv6 .dll file are in the correct location.
2) Unistalled and reinstalled the drivers for the NIC.
3) Unistalled and resinstalled TCP/IP.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
