My windows 7 computer is having trouble with updates, can someone tell me how to fix this please?

So, a week ago I needed to update my windows 7 computer. I had forgotten that I need to update it, but when I came back 5 minutes after and realised that I need to update it, I started updating it but it notified me about No updates available! Even though it notified me about updates and now I don't know what to do.
