I can't access stations with \\IP only with \\host

I have a domain running Windows Server 2012 R2 and professional Windows 10 workstations.

I can't access stations with \\IP only with \\host

It turns out that an internal application needs to access stations with \\ ip

I did DNS checks and got the reverse zone working properly.

I can ping the stations both by name and ip.

File sharing is enabled.

What can be this problem?
