Can any correspondent suggest a way to import Mozilla Thunderbird
address book, inbox and filed items into windows Mail?

Export from Thunderbird as a file, say to the desk top and then import to
Mail from the file.

That would appear to be an excellent solution, though being a bit of a
novice with regard to importing & exporting, it would be appreciated if
you could be a little more specific.
